With over 15 years experience in Journalism and Public Relations practice, Petal goes the extra mile to ensure her clients receive maximum satisfaction and are positioned a cut above the rest.

Petal has written thousands of news articles during her profession as a Journalist at the Barbados Advocate Newspaper (Barbados), Kaieteur Newspaper (Guyana) and Torchlight News Magazine (Guyana) and she has successfully created and delivered many speeches during her years as a Toastmaster. She has received the “Spirit of Toastmaster” Award, Speaker of the Year Award, and the DTM Fitz H. Husbands-USA Award for Special Communication and Leadership.

As an Advanced Communicator Bronze, Petal has mentored new Toastmasters, evaluated speeches and has given feedback to improve speech preparation and delivery.

Petal, a Competent Leader, enjoys lecturing and has served as the Vice President, Public Relations of the Cable and Wireless Toastmasters Club in Barbados.
